The hotel has a central atrium that is beautiful and gives a classic feel. The staff is helpful and friendly. The restaurant on the 12th floor is excellent, with delicious Japanese food and nice wines. The view from the top floor is breathtaking, and the service provided by the staff is perfect.
The room facilities are outdated and not up to the mark. The room smelt of cigarette smoke.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on top of a hill provided a stunning view of the surrounding area. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and provided top-notch service, from room service to car hire and even dry cleaning. The hotel amenities were modern and well-maintained, including the comfortable and spacious rooms with amenities like heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. There was also a lovely restaurant and bar area where I enjoyed delicious Japanese cuisine and a great selection of wines. I especially loved the central atrium and the 12th-floor restaurant with its breathtaking views. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, quality services, and luxurious ambiance.
I highly recommend this venue to my friends and family.

This hotel is located in a peaceful area, on top of a hill. the newly renovated restaurant boasts amazing city views and exquisite meals. the rooms are spacious and cozy with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service and caters to guests' needs. Breakfast offers a vast selection, including both Western and Japanese cuisine. Guests can take a relaxing dip in the indoor pool or enjoy a workout at the gym.
The hotel lacks many notable attractions close-by, thus requiring some travel to explore the city.

Great breakfast and amazing staff. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious offering both western and eastern cuisine. The staff was very nice and helpful, constantly checking in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, offering easy access to public transport and nearby attractions.
Outdated rooms and uncomfortable beds. The rooms were old and in dire need of renovation. The beds were notably uncomfortable, leaving us with sore backs and restless nights. Additionally, the hotel lacked many basic amenities found in modern hotels, such as a fitness center or pool. the hotel experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
